2011 Association of American Law Schools (AALS)
Works-in-Progress Conference

The Werner Institute at Creighton University School of Law is proud to host the 5th AALS  Dispute Resolution Section's Works-in-Progress conference for scholars who are teaching and researching in Dispute Resolution.

This year's conference will take place November 4-5 with a welcome reception on the evening of November 3. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Friday and Saturday. The conference will be held on the Creighton University campus in Omaha, Nebraska.

The deadline for submissions for presenting at the conference has passed. You may register to attend the conference by sending an email to rankuttner@creighton.edu

Come join us as we continue to build a community of ADR scholars, sharing current research, receiving feedback, exchanging ideas, and building new collaborative working relations. Although we encourage you to share your current research, you do not need to be a presenter to attend. Attendance is free. However, participants are expected to pay for their travel expenses and accommodations.

The Werner Institute will build on the previous success of past WIP conferences as well as offer new experiences, such as a workshop on how to turn your ideas into a book proposal, offered by Bernie Mayer, the author of the award-winning books The Dynamics of Conflict Resolution, Beyond Neutrality & Staying with Conflict.

Be sure to check back often. We will update the site as the conference begins to take shape. If you have any questions, please contact Ran Kuttner at rankuttner@creighton.edu

We look forward to hosting you!
