Find the method that best suits your needs. You can enter one of the following URLs into your podcast-catcher program, e.g. Juice (Mac/Win) or iTunes. These program follow the RSS protocol to subscibe to any materials offered at these URLs. They also check for updates automatically. Then you copy or synch your portable MP3/MP4/WMV player and these downloaded files are yours to listen or watch wherever and whenever you want to.

You may also simply right-click on the provided links and copy these media files to your computer. Then copy these files to your portable player and you also have the freedom to listen or watch these files wherever and whenever you want - without any RSS podcatcher program.

This site offers a few links to other podcasts and vodcasts for language learning and authentic target language stations (not yet finished), but the main purpose is to provide podcasts and vodcast that we produced for our students (see pink table below). These materials are copyrighted, but free to use for non-commercial, non-profit, academic use.
