Campus Access for Remote Employees and Visitors, Vendors and Contractors
Creighton employees hosting visitors, vendors, contractors and other guests must complete the Remote Employee & Visitor/Vendor Campus Access Form to request campus access for their visitors.
Employees and students working and learning remotely can come to campus without completing the campus access form, as long as they have not signed the waiver to work or learn remotely. Those who have opted to engage remotely and have submitted the COVID-19 Community Standards Waiver are required to complete the campus access form when planning to come to campus.
- Go to myIT.creighton.edu; sign in with your Creighton NetID email
- Click on “I Need Something”
- Click on the “COVID-19” tab at left
- Click on “Campus Access Request for Remote Employees and Visitors, Vendors and Contractors”
- Complete the form
Forms are routed to the appropriate dean or department head for preliminary approval, with final approval determined by the COVID-19 Strategy and Implementation Team.
Individuals approved to be on campus must sign the online form agreeing to follow the University’s COVID-19 Community Standards, and complete the daily #CampusClear app self-screening health questionnaire.
Those who fail to complete and sign Creighton’s COVID-19 Community Standards, or follow these standards and screening processes, are not allowed to come on campus.

Standing Vendor Agreements
Campus access requests for standing vendor agreements should be arranged though Michelle Ferestad in Facilities, 402.280.2780, MichelleFerestad [at] creighton [dot] edu.
For situations that pose an imminent risk to people or property, requiring immediate vendor/contractor access, please contact Public Safety at 402.280.2911. Urgent requests for after-hours (after 5 p.m., M-F), weekend or holiday access should also be directed to Public Safety at 402.280.2911.
