A hallmark of the Creighton experience is the opportunity to intentionally develop ourselves — mind, body and spirit. 

Each Wednesday this semester, a number of campus resources will offer programming and experiences designed to help students focus on wellness.


All Week

  • Celebrate Earth Month and participate in sustainable programming across campus. Learn more here.
  • Brighten up your day by checking out a SAD (seasonal affective disorder) lamp from the Reinert-Alumni Library (Creighton ID required). These lamps help replicate natural daylight, which can help symptoms of seasonal depression.
  • Check out interactive sessions, mindfulness exercises, and mental health practice tools available for free with Therapy Assistance Online (TAO). Get started here.
