Screening Process Outlined

Designated faculty, staff and students coming to campus must follow the process below.

  1. Complete the online form agreeing to Creighton’s COVID-19 Community Standards
    • You should have received a personalized email with a link to the form
  2. Complete the daily questionnaire on the #CampusClear app
     
  3. If you are not cleared for campus access, do not report to campus and contact Student Health Education and Compliance (CoronavirusResponse [at] creighton [dot] edu); employees should notify their managers
    • If you don’t have a smartphone and are …
      • feeling ill or have a fever, do not report to campus and contact Student Health Education and Compliance (CoronavirusResponse [at] creighton [dot] edu); employees should notify their managers
      • feeling well, with no fever, jump to No. 5
  4. If you get “Good to Go!” on the app, you can come to campus
    • Be sure to wear a FACE COVERING
  5. Report to the COVID-19 Temperature Check-In/Screening Station
    • Anderson Plaza, east side of Hixson-Lied Science Building, any time between 7:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., Monday-Friday
    • Be prepared to show your #CampusClear credentials and your Creighton ID
  6. Follow the directions of screening station attendants
