On-Campus Center Hosts Surveillance and Walk-In Testing
Creighton University is conducting weekly COVID-19 surveillance testing of students, faculty and staff, and offering walk-in testing, at the COVID-19 Testing Center inside the Kiewit Fitness Center, on the east end of the facility.
Surveillance testing is achieved through random sampling (see this video for more information). The University plans to test a random sampling of 500 students weekly.
- All students engaged in in-person learning at Creighton’s Omaha campus may be randomly selected and required to take a COVID-19 test.
- Faculty, staff and administrators designated as on-premises or reduced on-premises are encouraged to complete this form to opt into the COVID-19 testing pool and be randomly selected to take a COVID-19 test.
Creighton’s COVID-19 Testing Center is open:
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 9 a.m.-noon
- Tuesday and Thursday – 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Creighton’s testing center is operated in partnership with TestNebraska.
Surveillance and walk-in testing both require preregistration; please complete this form prior to your arrival. You will then receive a personalized code via email, which you will be asked to show (either in printed or digital form) once you arrive at the testing center. Testing staff will use this code to sync your information with your specific test. Results will be sent directly to you based upon your registration.
