Mandatory Flu Vaccinations

All students and employees are required to receive a seasonal flu vaccine by Nov. 1, 2020, in accordance with the University’s COVID-19 Community Standards.
Creighton’s “Shoo the Flu” campaign at campus locations is now completed.
Students, faculty and staff still needing a flu vaccination should contact a local pharmacy, physician’s clinic or other provider.
The CHI Health Student Care Clinic is currently administering vaccines by appointment. To make an appointment, call 402.280.2735, select option two, and request a flu vaccine.
Proof of vaccination at off-campus sites, including the Student Care Clinic, needs to be uploaded to the Birdhouse.
Request an Exemption
Students can request a medical exemption, while faculty, staff and administrators can request a medical or religious exemption. The medical exemption requires a medical provider’s signature, and the religious exemption requires a signature from your religious organization.
