Advanced Certified ScrumMaster
The Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® course is designed for those who already have their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM® ) credential and are looking to take the next step. By building upon the core Scrum framework, this course helps you move toward a professional and practitioner ScrumMaster® level, allowing you to realize more of your (and your team’s) untapped potential. The training course is a highly interactive learning experience that will explore best practices, dig into real-life problems and offer practical techniques to take away and apply immediately.
Upon successful completion of this course, you’ll need to accept the license agreement through the Scrum Alliance® to earn your certification. All Creighton A-CSMSM courses are taught by educators approved by the Scrum Alliance®. Taking an A-CSMSM course, meeting the 7 learning objectives and accepting the license agreement designates you as an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster®.

This Advanced Certified ScrumMaster® training course is taught by Michael Stuedemann, PMP, CST, PMI-ACP, an Agile coach with agilityIRL. An experienced presenter, Stuedemann has spoken at industry events such as PMI Minnesota’s Professional Development Days, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter of IIBA and Agile Development West. Prior to founding agilityIRL, Stuedemann worked in a variety of positions, including engagement manager, IT leadership roles, business analyst and staff consultant.
Continuing education and professional development courses may be cancelled by the attendee in writing up to 7 days before the course begins for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. No refund will be given 7 days prior to the course. Some courses are not eligible for a refund; these exceptions are noted in specific course descriptions. In the event of a weather related closure, the course will be rescheduled.
Student interactions and viewpoints are a vital part of our rich learning environment. For this reason, Creighton reserves the right to cancel courses in the case of low registration numbers. In this case, registrants will receive a full refund. If a course is cancelled by the University for other non-weather related issues, the student will be notified and a full refund will be processed.
