
The department of History at Creighton University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor specializing in the GLOBAL SOUTH, with particular interest in Africa and/or Asia. We seek individuals committed to being outstanding teacher-scholars within a primarily undergraduate-serving college. The successful applicant will teach a 3-3 course load that includes first and second year general education courses in Critical Issues in Human Inquiry (CIHI) and Global Perspectives in History (GPH), as well as upper division elective courses in their area of expertise as needed by the department, which may not be every year.
