Edward Birmingham, JD, LLM


Professor Birmingham worked for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C., from 1964-1967; was a visiting professor at Creighton for the academic year 1967-1968 and an assistant professor at the University of South Dakota School of Law from 1968-1970. He joined the Creighton faculty in 1970 and previously served as associate dean from 1977-1985, 2010-12. He has participated in professional education courses in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Iowa.
