As Assistant Director for Fraternity Life and Leadership, Colton works as an advisor to our social and culturally-based fraternal organizations on campus, as well as the Interfraternity Council. He is co-advisor to the Fraternity Sorority Life (FSL) Standards Board. Colton is also the primary advisor for the Freshman Leadership Program, a first-year residential program at Creighton. All first-year students at Creighton take the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment, and Colton oversees all programmatic and assessment efforts on campus surrounding StrengthsFinder.
