"I love the Jesuits and how they are welcoming to all people, and I especially like how they challenge students to think critically about the world around them. I know that I missed the Jesuit feel of campus when I was away from Jesuit schools, so I was excited to be back in a community of like-minded learners."

Do you have any special advice or tips for applicants? Your application is really your chance to have your voice represented in the admissions process, so make sure that it sounds like you.  Tell us a story through your essay or use this as an opportunity to highlight how awesome you are.  So, have fun with it and let us get to know you!

Fun fact about yourself: I’ve only missed 5 College World Series seasons in my whole life.  In my professional opinion, general admission is the best seat in the house - it’s the community and the beach balls!

What do you like about Omaha and what are your favorite secret spots?

I like all of the food options in Omaha and love trying out new restaurants!  One of my favorite secret spots is Kaneko, a free museum and public art space in the Old Market - check it out when you come visit campus
