Cardiovascular and Diabetes Risk Reduction Program (CV/DMRRP)
The Creighton Cardiovascular and Diabetes Risk Reduction Program (CV/DMRRP) is an innovative project designed to improve employee wellness. The CV/DMRRP uses an interprofessional healthcare team approach to deliver the program. The fundamental tenet of the CV/DMRRP is to care for the whole individual on an ongoing basis.
The outcomes obtained from the Creighton CV/DMRRP may be applicable to others and therefore, it is important to share the program information through publications.
