3D design and printing is being used more and more in classrooms, businesses, and homes. How and why can faculty incorporate this in their teaching.
In this workshop, participants will:
- Learn what 3D printing is
- The machines and materials used
- How to find pre-made file for printing Web-based 3D design sites
- Basic 3D design and mash-up designs
- Create a 3D design that will be printed on the University Libraries’ 3D printer
