Self-Talk 101 Workshop
Did you know that 75% of us are kinder to others than we are to ourselves? When we struggle, we tend to be hard on ourselves or maybe overly judgmental or critical, and it can be difficult to break that habit and start talking to ourselves the way we would a friend. This workshop will help you improve your self-talk and learn to turn kindness inward, so that you can move through life’s hardships with a little more flexibility and self-compassion. This workshop will be held biweekly on Wednesdays from 5-6 p.m.
