Biography
Before joining Creighton University as an accounting instructor, Alison Maloy worked in audit-based roles at KPMG, Jones Lang LaSalle, Hyatt Corporation, ConAgra Foods, and Farm Credit Services of America. In 2010, Maloy established an outsourced accounting practice called Lone Tree Accounting, which merged into Bland & Associates in 2016.
She grew up in Omaha and graduated from Omaha North High School. She earned a BS in Accounting and Business Administration in 2001 and an MS in Accounting and Information Systems in 2002, both from the University of Kansas. She has held an active CPA license since 2004.
Maloy currently serves in a Board role as the Treasurer for two non-profit organizations: Launch Leadership, Inc. and The Union for Contemporary Art.
