Born and raised in South Dakota. College at Loyola University in Los Angeles. Dental School at Creighton University graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery May 20, 1972. 1972-1975 Employed by the Missouri Division of Health and provided dental care for handicapped children throughout Missouri via a mobile dental clinic. 1975-1977 Pediatric Dentistry residency at Childrens Mercy Hospital in Kansas City/University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. 1977-1982 provided pediatric dental care for Native Americans as a United States Public Health Service officer at the Claremore IHS Hospital in Claremore, Oklahoma. 1982-1984 orthodontics residency at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, graduating with a Master of Science in orthodontics June 29, 1984. 1984-2004 provided orthodontic care for eligible beneficiaries as a dental officer in the United States Air Force. 2004-2006 associate professor in the graduate pediatric dentistry residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. 2006-present Director of Orthodontics at the Creighton University School of Dentistry.
