Tricia Brundo Sharrar, JD, is the vice provost for academic administration and partnerships at Creighton University. Sharrar oversees the general operation of the Office of the Registrar, Office of Disability Accommodations, Business Office, Creighton EDGE®, Career Center, Military & Veterans Affairs, Educational Opportunity Programs and other academic and student support related programs. She serves as lecturer in the College of Arts and Sciences and as faculty in the Interdisciplinary EdD program in Leadership.
She has held several leadership positions at Creighton: assistant director of alumni relations, assistant dean for Career, Alumni and Student Services at the Creighton University School of Law, associate dean for administration and student affairs, and associate vice president for academic affairs.
She has received the University’s Mary Lucretia and Sarah Emily Creighton Award and the Order of Omega’s Outstanding Faculty Award. Sharrar serves as faculty moderator for the Theta Eta Chapter of the Delta Zeta National Sorority, and previously served as a moderator for the Women’s Law Student Association at Creighton.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Creighton University in 1993 and her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 1996. She is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and the Omaha Bar Association.
