Think about health care through a different lens.

Creighton’s online graduate certificate in Lifestyle Medicine is for health and wellness professionals who want to help individuals take charge of their own health.

Because many of the factors that determine an individual’s health are environmental and behavioral, this program stresses the importance of making healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes in preventing, treating and reversing chronic disease.

You’ll learn to take a whole-person approach in designing, implementing and modifying lifestyle medicine programs and explore the many factors that impact an individual’s health – from nutrition to exercise to sleep to stress management and more.

You’ll benefit from this program’s interdisciplinary nature as you learn from faculty and practitioners across a variety of health care occupations.

Advance your education on your own time.

The Lifestyle Medicine Graduate Certificate requires 15 credit hours and can be completed fully online. If you’re a health care professional looking to advance your knowledge and skills on your own time, this program is for you.
