Sophomore Alexis Cantu of the Creighton softball team has been named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-Midwest Region Team as voted on by member coaches and announced by the organization on Thursday. Cantu earned a second-team slot, becoming Creighton's first honoree since 2010.
