Mass of the Holy Spirit Begins Fall Term

Creighton University will celebrate its annual Mass of the Holy Spirit at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14 at St. John’s Church on campus. Presiding will be the University’s president, Timothy R. Lannon, S.J.

The Mass is a tradition among Jesuit academic institutions in which the campus community gathers to thank God for one another and to ask for the guidance and the wisdom of the Holy Spirit in the coming year. Students, faculty and staff attend and members of the community are also invited to participate.
