The Creighton University Bioinformatics Core is designed to support core computing infrastructure and provide expertise necessary to assist and support researchers, faculty, and staff to develop software and technology solutions for the biosciences and healthcare.
To schedule a meeting with the Bioinformatician, please complete the following steps:
1. Co to myit.creighton.edu and log in with your netID/password.
2. Click on 'Something is Broken' to open a request ticket.
3. Fill in the request form including a basic description of the need. IMPORTANT - This request must include the word 'bioinformatics' to be appropriately assigned.
Once this process is complete, Sreelatha Kurapati will be in contact to set up a time to meet.
Projects will be queued in the order they are received. Projects with unrealistic timelines or projects beyond the scope of the core may be denied or re-directed to DoIT.
