The Histology Core provides equipment, software, and expertise for microscopy and morphometry. The primary instrument in the core is a Nikon Eclipse Ci-L scope for bright field and fluorescent applications. This microscope is paired with Lumenera's Infinity software for capture and analysis.
Nikon Eclipse Ci-L
The Ci-L can be reserved in 60 minute blocks. There is a sign up sheet in the core. When it is not reserved it may be used on a first come, first serve basis. All users must be trained before their first use of the scope, and must follow a few simple rules.
