Nikon Live Cell Confocal Imaging System

Confocal and Widefield imaging of fluorescently labeled specimens using a Nikon Ti-E inverted microscope with a Yokagawa Spinning Disc for confocal imaging and a Sutter DG4 for widefield imaging.

 

Lasers

  • 405 nm for Dapi, Hoechst, CFP etc.
  • 488 nm for FITC, Alexa Fluor 488, GFP etc.
  • 561 nm for rhodamine, Texas red, mRFP1, Alexa Fluor 546, 555, 568, 594 etc.
  • 640 nm for Cy5 etc.

Nikon Ti-E confocal microscope, with the following objectives

Fee Schedule

  • Unassisted rate:  $25/hr
  • Assisted rate: $50/ hr
  • Maximum per session: $100 unassisted, $200 assisted
  • Sessions longer than 4 hrs need prior approval

Training: 3 hours, free, plus one hour free developmental with users? specimens.
