Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee

Application Process and Forms

The Creighton University IACUC requires that a Protocol Application for Animal Use be submitted and approved prior to the use of animals in research or teaching.  All personnel working on an animal protocol must complete IACUC Certification prior to submitting an IACUC application.
