Oregon State University Academic Success Center Learning Corner:  A great collection of worksheets with tips on everything from Reading and Note-taking to Time Management and Balance & Wellness.

Bluepoint: Your one-stop shop for setting up appointments with SSS Peer Tutoring, Student Success Tutoring, the Creighton Writing Center, and the Communication Center. To set-up professional tutoring appointments with the SSS Science/Technology/Math Specialist or the SSS Writing Specialist, find them in CreightonConnect.

Study Tools

Duolingo: Duolingo is a free language learning app. While it does not approach language lessons in the same way your courses do, this is a great way to brush up on a language if you took a break before taking a class at Creighton.

Evernote: Keep your notes organized wherever you go across multiple devices.

Google Drive: Google Drive is an easy way to collaborate on group projects. You can share spreadsheets, word documents, slide presentations and even whole folders with your team.

Kahoot: Create quizzes to help you study for your classes.

Khan Academy: A great place to brush up on your math and science skills.

Prezi: Bored with PowerPoint or Google Slides? Prezi is a free website where you can design creative presentations.

Quizlet: This site allows you to create digital flashcards. This is a great tool for any memorization-based courses.

Career Development

Creighton Career Center: Assists students and alumni in exploring purpose and opportunities, developing career-related skills, and implementing goals that reflect their unique roles in the world of work and their commitment to a life of service to others. 

Handshake: Offers a large national network of employers, job and internship listings, and a personalized experience for employers and students to connect for opportunities. This is also where you can find and apply for on-campus jobs.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Creighton University Office of Financial Aid: Coordinates the aid opportunities for all of Creighton's four undergraduate and five graduate/professional schools/colleges

Federal Student Aid: This site explains the various types of Federal Student Aid and gives tips for repaying your loans. You can also create an account in order to track the amount of money you have borrowed from the Federal Government.

FAFSA: Make sure to submit your FAFSA each year in order to qualify for federal financial aid. Examples of Federal Aid include Pell Grants, Federal Direct and Federal Indirect Loans, and Federal Work Study.

Education Quest: A Nebraska Foundation that provides free college planning services, need-based scholarship programs, and more.

FastWeb: An online scholarship database that allows you to search for scholarships you qualify for.
