Comparison of Versions of "Aesop the Slave Narrating His Fables"

This page is occasioned by my noticing that the illustration offered on a separated page from about 1901 is not faithful to Roberto Fontana's original woodcut.  Here first is that separated page's illustration:

At first I was surprised at the portrait format of this illustration, good for the book's page size but not faithful to Fontana's image as I knew it.  Then I noticed how much had changed in the center of the image.  Here is a copy of the original woodcut:

As it happens, we have a hand-colored version of this and I presume that what we have was printed in 1878, in this catalogue under "Engravings":

To my surprise, I found more formattings of Fontana's image.

Did Fontana do all of these variations?  And, particularly, did he do the separated page that we have?  If not, who did?
