2000?  Tortoise and Hare Tic-Tac-Toe.  Tortoise 5” high, hare 7”.  With tic-tac-toe board and 5 small tortoises and 5 small hares.  Unknown source.   

We already have TH checkers.  Now here is TH tic-tac-toe!  Large figures look on as human players match each other with tokens of the two.
