Heider Dean’s Fellows

The Heider Dean’s Fellows Program provides students with unique opportunities and challenges to enhance their undergraduate experience in the Heider College of Business. The program fosters a community of high-achieving business leaders, positioning Dean’s Fellows for specialized internships and future job placement. Students graduate as confident, connected and socially responsible servant leaders, who have the experience and knowledge to guide ethical decision making in the workplace.

Strengths of the Program

Dean’s Fellows meet with the Dean weekly during freshmen year. For the remainder of their college years, the Dean serves as a mentor and advisor, connecting students with high-level networking opportunities and alumni in their field of study.
