Career Portfolio Program
Set Your Path to Success with Customized Career Development
The Career Portfolio Program is a four-year, co-curricular professional development program that all Heider College of Business students complete before graduation. As students advance through the program, opportunities are tailored to each individual students’ goals, including assessments, workshops, networking events, and career fairs. In addition to dedicated professional Career Advisors, students can also meet with peer career advisors – successful upperclassmen who reinvest their knowledge in their peers.

At Creighton, we seek to live the Jesuit value of cura personalis by educating the whole person. This means students leave Creighton with academic knowledge requisite to their degrees and additional evergreen skills necessary for success in life and work. Such skills are cultivated through leadership opportunities, professional experiences and service opportunities.
At the Heider College of Business, these include three flagship programs: the Career Portfolio Program, Anna Tyler Waite Leadership Program and the Deans Honor Roll for Social Responsibility. As students advance through the Heider programs, as well as the Mindset Curriculum, they gain the requisite skills and competencies to meet both the known and unknown challenges of their professional futures.
