Biography
Whitney Van De Graaff has been employed as an instructor in the College of Nursing since January of 2018. Whitney has been a registered nurse since 2011 working in inpatient pediatric oncology, diabetes and medical surgical areas. She has also worked in adult oncology. She has been involved in several levels of leadership through hospital shared governance and as charge nurse on her unit before employment with Creighton University. Teaching and future research interests include pediatric care management, empathy in nursing and nursing pharmacology.
