Admitted Student Days
Let us show you around.
You don’t have to wait to start your life at Creighton. All admitted students and their families are invited to our Admitted Student Days, where you’ll get the chance to explore the opportunities Creighton has to offer.
If you haven’t decided where to go in the fall, this is your chance to ask questions, get to know our campus, and learn how Creighton could be the right fit for you. If you have decided Creighton is the place for you, this is your chance to learn more about your future home and meet new friends.
We’ll tell you everything you need to know—what to expect from a Creighton education, what your next steps are, understanding cost and financial aid, what our graduates are doing, and more! You’ll take a tour of campus and experience Creighton’s friendly, welcoming spirit for yourself. You’ll also hear why current students have fallen in love with life on our campus, from the one-on-one attention they get in the classroom to the diverse organizations they have access to.
The best part? You’ll get to meet your future classmates—the bright, curious, and passionate people you’ll spend the next four years living, learning, and serving with at Creighton.

If you aren’t able to attend an Admitted Student Day, we are more than happy to set up a personalized campus visit for you on most other weekdays. Both are great visit options for admitted students.
Built into every student’s agenda are three events: a welcome session, a session with the college to which they have been admitted into (College of Arts and Sciences, College of Nursing, or Heider College of Business), and a campus tour with a current Creighton student.
In addition to these three sessions, students can also select breakout sessions from the following options:
CURAS: Creighton’s Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship: As one of the top universities for student research, we believe in offering students numerous research opportunities at any stage in their education to pursue big ideas and make discoveries. Learn how the Center for Undergraduate Research and Scholarship can get you involved in a research project.
Division of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: Inspired by a Catholic and Jesuit tradition, we at Creighton treasure the innate dignity of each member of our community and believe each human being is a profound gift from God. See how Creighton’s Division of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion leads the way in developing our commitment to progress in diversity and inclusion.
Student Success: Learn how the Creighton Student Success Center provides Creighton students with a holistic approach to academic success through pre-health advising, group tutoring, academic coaching and counseling, and assists with any issues that could impact a student’s ability to succeed at Creighton! Separate sessions focused on pre-medicine/pre-physician assistant/pre-dental, pre-law, and general student resources, including the Career Center.
Schlegel Center for Service and Justice & Campus Ministry: Spark your passion for truth and justice, nourish courage and lives of commitment through the Schlegel Center for Service and Justice (SCSJ). The SCSJ engages students in community service, reflection, and action. Learn about how you can grow in your faith and spirituality, no matter what faith tradition you come from, through prayer, worship, and service. Campus Ministry is here to provide support and a listening ear as students develop on their Creighton journey
School of Pharmacy and Health Professions: Hear from the admissions team within the School of Pharmacy and Health Professions about how Creighton prepares students interested in pre-physical therapy, pre-occupational therapy, and pre-pharmacy. Make a positive impact on the well-being of all you serve in programs that combine academics and pre-health advising with experiential learning.
Student Leadership and Involvement Center: Go beyond the books and see all that Creighton offers our students that teach and challenge students to develop, understand and reflect upon their values, leadership skills and goals through student organizations, fraternity and sorority life, intramural/club sports, and more!

“People are so welcoming here. My first few weeks were amazing. With international orientations and Welcome Week activities, I felt I was not alone in my transition into college life. I found departments, such as the Creighton EDGE, that helped me adapt. I love how people are so nice everywhere. Whenever I go to a dining hall or a residence hall, I’m welcomed with friendly people giving me a smile. That is valuable!” — Oliver Alonzo, Computer Science ’18 / Santiago, Dominican Republic
