At Creighton, we’re proud that our variety of choices, sustainable strategies, mindful eating programs, and grab-and-go options landed us a ranking as one of the 50 best college dining experiences in the nation. With two dining halls on campus and several other places to grab food, you’ll be able to fuel your body and brain for optimal success.


Creighton Dining is committed to creating healthy environments. Central to this effort is providing healthy, nutritious foods. Mindful is an approach that focuses on transparency of ingredients, delicious food, satisfying portions, and clarity in message. Simple Servings is a nationally recognized program that provides allergen and gluten-safe dining. Simple Servings selections are minimally processed foods that are free from the most common allergens and gluten-containing ingredients. Brandeis Dining Hall includes a Simple Servings station.


Creighton is a tray-less campus and has also implemented several other sustainability strategies, including bulk condiment and napkin dispensers, eco-friendly packaging materials and utensils and green products for cleaning.

Dietitian Support

Whether it's deciding how to navigate the dining hall or planning nutritious snacks for the week, our Registered Dietitian is available to develop strategies for dietary goals, ingredient allergies sensitivities, tasty recipes and much more.
