Applying for Our Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship

Requirements

Applicants applying to the fellowship must have:

1. Applied through ERAS before September 1st.
2. Completed an ACGME Accredited Program in good standing.
3. Satisfactorily complete USMLE Steps 1, 2, 3
4. United States citizenship, Permanent Resident or J-1 Visa status. International graduates must have ECFMG certification. We do not accept H1B Visas.

**An application is considered complete when all required documents are uploaded, including three letters of reference.
