Jocquelin Jones

Assistant Professor

Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA graduated from Univ of Pittsburgh in 1989 with BSN. Spent majority of career at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a pediatic and NICU nurse and then upon completion of MSN and post master;s PNP and NNP certificates worked as PNP and NNP. Currently reside in FL and has worked in all NICU levels. Current passion is teaching new NNPs.

Neonatal Herpes and HSV Screening in pregnant women, DEI, promoting unbiased care in nursing and decreasing racial disparities in the NICU.
