Mrs. Kara Morgan MSN, RN is an Instructor in the College of Nursing at Creighton University. Her research focuses on undergraduate nursing education and mental health within nursing, with an emphasis on resilience in new graduate nurses and nursing faculty work-life balance. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Creighton University. Her research project focused on a nursing education palliative care intervention model.
Mrs. Morgan is currently involved in a scholarly project focused on the use of AI chatbots in training nursing students how to navigate difficult conversations in healthcare. Her work contributes to the growing body of knowledge on effective nursing education interventions related to palliative care. Her overarching vision involves advancing the nursing profession through evidence-based practice and collaborative research in nursing education which will enhance the well-being of nurses and ultimately, enhance patient well-being.
