Associate Professor

As faculty at Creighton University College of Nursing since 2004, Dr. Rusch's teaching, scholarship, and service activities blend to produce a positive and significant impact on the University community, the Nursing profession, my colleagues, and the personal and professional formation of our students.  Her greatest contributions in the past five years include: developing innovative teaching strategies to help students apply knowledge for safe nursing practice; leading team development of two major curricular revisions and quality improvement initiatives in the CON; contributing to University interprofessional education and mission-based service-learning initiatives; and published and funded scholarship that reflects her research and teacing interests.  She has been recognized by students and peers for excellence in teaching, scholarship, service.
