Creighton University graduates continue to find success across industries, graduate programs and service opportunities, with 98% of the Class of 2025 reporting positive career outcomes within six months of graduation.

The University’s outcomes rate reflects graduates who are employed, pursuing advanced degrees or participating in service programs. The results are based on a 68% knowledge rate, meaning a majority of graduates reported their outcomes following graduation.

“Creighton attracts highly motivated students who are focused on becoming leaders and serving others,” says Jeremy Fisher, senior director of the Career Center. “That, combined with strong mentorship, career readiness support and access to meaningful experiential learning opportunities, plays a significant role in these outcomes.”

Across Creighton’s undergraduate colleges, students are launching into careers, continuing their education and making an impact in communities across the country and around the world.

Graduates from the College of Arts and Sciences reported a 97% outcomes rate, with many pursuing advanced degrees in health professions, law and other fields. Students also gained hands-on experience during their time at Creighton, with 68% completing an internship or research experience.

The Heider College of Business reported a 99% outcomes rate, with 88% of graduates completing at least one internship and more than half gaining experience through multiple internships. These experiences help prepare students for careers across industries including finance, consulting and technology.

Graduates from the College of Nursing achieved a 100% outcomes rate, reflecting strong demand for Creighton-trained nurses and the extensive clinical experiences built into the program.

Experiential learning continues to be a key part of the Creighton experience. Overall, 82% of graduates completed an internship or research project, equipping them with real-world skills and professional connections before graduation. Career advising and support begin early at Creighton, with advisors integrated into first-year experiences and partnerships with faculty helping students explore and prepare for their chosen paths.

Creighton graduates are finding opportunities across 42 states, Washington, D.C., and nine countries, working in industries ranging from healthcare and business to nonprofit and community service organizations.

“First-destination outcomes provide a clear snapshot of how effectively a university prepares students for what comes next,” Fisher says. “They offer prospective students and families a way to look beyond rankings and focus on real career readiness and long-term opportunity.”

These outcomes reflect more than first-destination success. They point to the kind of formation Creighton emphasizes: graduates who are prepared, purposeful and ready to contribute in meaningful ways, wherever they are called next.
