ID Card Requirements

Creighton IDs are issued to the following groups only. Departments may request exceptions by emailing the request to Card Services or completing the form in the "Request an ID" section of this website.

Eligibility

Only persons eligible will be issued a Creighton ID:

  • A student currently enrolled in a class
  • Current fulltime, benefit eligible faculty member
  • Permanent, fulltime, benefit eligible employee

Only the first ID is provided at no charge, even if there is a gap in employment/enrollment status.

In addition, some summer programs provide IDs for their students.

Departments may pay for a temporary employee's ID if it is required for building access. In these cases the individual must first be sponsored as a guest in AMI.

What to bring

The following are required in order to receive a new Creighton ID:

  • Current photo ID
  • NETID
