Creighton's Center for Advising Resources and Support has one of the largest pre-professional advising teams you'll find at a university of our size. One in three Creighton graduates successfully enrolls in professional or graduate programs, a reflection of both our students' dedication and the support of our experienced advisors. Creighton's pre-professional advising offers:
- Personalized, early guidance to master your coursework and professional school requirements.
- Advising seminars, workshops and milestone planning that keep you on track.
- Curated experiences and expert support to build a standout application.
Creighton also offers an optional scholars program for added support: The Creighton Pre-Professional Scholars Program (CPPSP) offers selected students enhanced advising, defined benchmarks and, in some cases, guarantees for Creighton’s professional programs.
How We Support Your Path to Professional School
Creighton provides extensive advising designed to help students discover their calling and successfully prepare to achieve it. Every freshman student receives guidance and advising through the Ratio Studiorum Program (RSP). Together, students and their advisor develop a four-year academic plan, explore majors and careers, and build the foundation for a successful college experience.
The Center for Advising Resources and Support (CARS) adds another layer of support for, students interested in pre-health, pre-med and pre-law.
