To earn this graduate certificate, you must complete 15 credits:
- Introduction to Negotiation and Conflict Engagement
- Dynamics of Conflict Resolution and Engagement
- Culture, Gender, and Power Difference in Conflict
- Facilitative Conflict Engagement

Master's Degree Options
Credits earned for the certificate in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution can be applied toward a related master’s degree.
Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (36 credits)
- The courses required for the Graduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership serve as the foundation for the master’s in organizational leadership. Complete elective courses in various fields, alongside a concentration in business, health care, or organizational leadership, to earn the master’s degree.
- Credits earned for the certificate in Organizational Leadership can be applied toward a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership degree.

To be considered for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program, applicants must:
- Complete an application
- Include an updated curriculum vitae or resume

A personal interview may be requested in addition to the above requirements. The interview may be conducted in-person or virtually.
