Dr. Bailey graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Anthropology. Dr. Bailey then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry and earned her degree (DDS) in 2017. Upon graduation, Dr. Bailey moved to Casper, WY where she worked as a general dentist at the Community Health Center of Central Wyoming as both a clinician and eventually Dental Director. During this time Dr. Bailey served as the acting dentist on the Natrona County Health Department Board of Health, and during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic, became the COVID-19 Crisis Public Health Liaison for the State of Wyoming. In 2020 Dr. Bailey moved to Alabama where she owned a private practice. After a number of years in this role, she returned to Creighton Dental School to serve as assistant professor in the General Dentistry Department, where she teaches the sophomore operative lecture course. Dr. Bailey's research interests include forensic odontology, bioarchaeology, dental materials and digital dentistry.
