Johnathan Hogzett, MSN, RN

Johnathan Hogzett, MSN, RN, is an accomplished healthcare leader and educator with nearly twenty years of experience advancing patient care, nursing operations, and trauma program management. As the former Vice President of Patient Care Services at an Academic Level 1 Trauma Center, he consistently improved clinical outcomes, reduced nurse turnover, and established collaborative partnerships with healthcare and community organizations. In his current role as a full-time instructor at Creighton University College of Nursing, Hogzett integrates practical leadership and clinical expertise into nursing education. He holds a Master’s degree in Nursing with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, has been recognized as a \'40 Under 40\' emerging nurse leader, and has served on several boards focused on nursing and healthcare leadership.
