Jill Harman, MA, BA

Associate Director of the Magis Catholic Teacher Corps

Jill Harman is originally from Nebraska and has built her career at the intersection of education, restorative justice, and faith-based leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and her Master of Arts in Religious Arts from Emmanuel Christian Seminary at Milligan. Jill is currently completing her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Interdisciplinary Leadership at Creighton University, where her research centers on the mentorship experiences of female clergy in the United Methodist Church.

Jill has served as an Associate Pastor at Fremont First United Methodist Church and as an Adjunct Professor at Creighton, teaching courses in restorative practices, leadership, and community-building. With over seven years of restorative justice experience, she has facilitated mediations, led circles, and consulted with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations.

Outside her work, she enjoys being with her dogs, reading, and helping others grow into their strengths.
