Main Responsibilities
- Greet patients and help navigate paperwork and answer any questions regarding insurance or general clinic practices
- Collect payments on patients accounts
- Maintain and fulfill supply inventory for the clinic
- Ensure all claims are filed and processed successfully with all insurance companies
