Max Rudolph

Max Rudolph is recognized as a thought leader in enterprise risk management (ERM), is a frequent speaker at seminars and universities on investment and risk topics, and is an award-winning author. He leads an independent consulting practice and is affiliated with Actuarial Risk Management (ARM). He provides an external view of cross-industry best practices that allows an honest assessment of current practices. Previously, he was employed by Mutual of Omaha as vice president of financial risk management. Max has completed research covering ERM, emerging risks, demographics, low economic growth, interest rate volatility, pandemics, investments, systemic risk and climate change.  
He served on the Society of Actuaries Board of Governors and the CFA Nebraska board. He received the SOA President’s Award (twice) and the SOA Volunteer Award. He graduated from Michigan Technological University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Engineering Administration. He is a credentialed actuary and CFA charter holder.
