Main responsibilities
- Answers phones and greets patients and their families
- Schedules patients for evaluations and ongoing therapy sessions
- Performs preservice insurance verification and prior authorizations
- Orders equipment and supplies for clinic
- Provides administrative support for therapists, clinic director, and clinic manager
Erin has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nebraska Methodist College of Nursing and Allied Health. She has worked in pediatrics for 15 years and healthcare for 10 years.
