Davis Square

Welcome to Davis Square!

Davis Square is a co-educational apartment-style hall home to 250 sophomore students and is located near the Mike and Josie Harper Center on the east side of campus. Davis has three floors of two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, including a select number of loft-style apartments. The community includes a private, grass courtyard, perfect for socializing, games or quiet time outdoors. Apartments include full kitchen units, which have an oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. 

  • 2-, 3-, or 4-bedroom (single occupancy) apartments 

  • Room/Apartment Amenities: Twin XL bedframe + mattress, three-drawer dresser, built-in closet, desk + chair, nightstand pedestal, wastebasket + recycle bin, full kitchens (refrigerator, stove-top oven, microwave, dishwasher), dining set up (table, island, or booth), living room with soft seating, coffee table and TV stand, semi-private bathrooms. 

  • Community Amenities: Community laundry room, social lounge space on main level, enclosed courtyard.
