How to Order Your Transcript
Creighton current students, former students, and alumni can order electronic or paper transcript, track order status and access delivery options through the National Student Clearinghouse. Creighton does not issue unofficial transcripts. All transcripts are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.
About Creighton Transcripts
Creighton offers transcripts at $7 per copy. We provide fast, secure electronic and paper delivery options; expedited shipping is also available. For your convenience we will send updates via email, and you can choose to receive additional mobile alerts.
Note that when Creighton University is closed (e.g., during holidays or inclement weather), electronic transcripts will continue to be processed unless manual review is required. Processing for any items that need staff review will resume once offices reopen.

Current Student Transcript Requests
If you attended Creighton at any time during the current term, you are considered a current student.
- Log in to your NEST account.
- Click Student Services > Student Records > Request Official Transcript.
- Your NEST login serves as your required consent.
- Optional: If you need grades or degree for the current term to be on your transcript, select “After Grades” or “After Degree” under “Enter Recipient Information.”
Former Student Transcript Requests
Creighton alumni and former students can request official transcripts through the National Student Clearinghouse. The online ordering service provides instructions and options for submitting and tracking your transcript request.
Transcript Request Requirements
- Determine whether the recipient accepts electronic or paper transcripts.
- Provide complete, accurate recipient address and other information on the order form. This is YOUR responsibility.
- Prepare and sign any Transcript Matching forms required by the recipient.
- If you need to order a Certified Copy of your Diploma to accompany your transcript, please complete a Request for Certified Copy of Diploma form, which you will submit with your transcript order.
- Ensure that you do not have any holds on your account. The order screen will notify you if a hold exists, which you will need to resolve before completing the order. This may result in processing and delivery delays.
