Application to Our Cardiovascular Fellowship

Requirements:

  • Application submitted through ERAS® by September 15
  • Three years of General Medicine Residency at an ACGME-accredited institution
  • Three letters of reference, including one from the program director
  • Competitive USMLE/COMLEX Step 2 and 3 scores; Passing Step 1 result
  • Academic interest in Cardiology demonstrated through research publication or presentation
  • Citizenship: must have U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident Status, an Employment Authorization Card (EAD), or be eligible to obtain an J-1 employment visa. CUSOM-PHC does not sponsor H-1B visas.

While we preferentially review applications from those who signal our program, we also consider applicants who do not signal us. We will also consider qualified applicants with deep ties to Arizona or have a geographic preference for the Mountain region.
